1. Acceptance of Terms

Users must explicitly accept this EULA during onboarding. Continued use confirms acceptance.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Tripster maintains ZERO TOLERANCE toward objectionable or abusive content.

Prohibited Content & Behavior:

• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats
• Sexual or pornographic content
• Violence, self-harm, extremism
• Discrimination of any kind
• Scams, impersonation, fraud
• Sharing personal data without consent
• Illegal activities

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for all content they create or engage with.

4. Enforcement

Tripster may remove content, suspend or ban users, and forfeit credits without notice.

5. Reporting & Moderation

Users can report content. AI and human moderation systems are used.

6. AI Monitoring

Automated systems may analyze content for safety and compliance.

7. Credits & Virtual Economy

Credits are virtual, non-refundable, and not legal tender.

8. Account Termination

Tripster may terminate accounts for violations. No refunds apply.

9. Privacy

Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

Terms may be updated periodically.
